Please read through these terms and conditions carefully as they apply to all transactions on this website. These are the terms that will govern any contract between you and us for the sale of the products displayed on this web site. We reserve the right to amend these terms when necessary. By continuing to use this website it is deemed that you have acknowledged and accepted these terms.
We are entitled to withdraw from any order in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the products or the order appearing on our web site.
We reserve the right to make amendments to this website (or any part therefore) at any time and without prior notice being given. By using this website you shall be deemed to have accepted our rights.
All goods remain the property of Red Shed until full and final payment is made and confirmed.
You acknowledge and agree that the material and content of this website is made available for your personal non-commercial use only. You agree not to copy, reproduce, transmit, publish, display, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative works of such material and content.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT.
Payment can be made using debit or credit (visa or mastercard) cards and all payments are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.
Please note that for your peace of mind our website holds no credit/debit card details. All credit/debit card transactions are processed using CardSave, who are members of the WorldPay Group (a major global leader in payment processing).
Once a transaction is made, the data is coded using a 128 bit SSL encryption key. This type of encryption method would take 1.4 million years to crack! When a bank receives the transaction data, this type of encryption is a requirement in order for the transaction to be processed.
So you can rest assured that payments made through this website will be processed securely
Red Shed is fully PCI compliant
We take great care to ensure that all products listed on this website have descriptions and specifications that are as accurate as possible. All weights and measurements stated on this website are approximate and intended for general guidance only. Whilst colour reproduction is a good representation, it should be expected that the actual product colour could differ slightly to that shown on this website. We reserve the right to change product descriptions without prior notice being given.
As we use natural materials variations in colour, texture and appearance must be expected.
Our aim is to despatch as follows:
- Non Personalised items, within 2 weeks of receiving the order
- Personalised Items, including House Signs, within 4 weeks of receiving the order.
- Bespoke designs are advised once the order has been confirmed.
If we are not able to despatch your order within the above stated times we will contact you to advise when we are able to do so.
Delivery charges are calculated based on the weight and size of each item ordered. The combined weight of all items in your shopping basket will determine the final delivery charge at checkout. We use Royal Mail, and ALL items are despatched using the Signed For service.
We currently ship within the UK (including Isle of Man) and ROI.
Please note that we take great care in packaging our products to ensure that they arrive with you in perfect condition. Any damage to your order, which has occurred in transit must be reported to us immediately upon receipt of your goods. Once we have received the damaged goods (or sight thereof) we will issue a full refund or despatch replacements.
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us upon receipt of your goods so we may rectify the problem. Under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 you are entitled to a refund if you change your mind within 7 days of receiving your order. Should you wish to return your purchase, you are liable for the cost of returning the item to us. In all cases we strongly recommend you return the item(s) using a Signed For service which includes adequate insurance for you, the sender, against loss or damage during transit. In situations where returns have been sent without such insurance, we are not liable for refunding or replacing goods. Please note that this does NOT apply to any House Sign, Personalised or Bespoke item ordered. House Signs, Personalised and Bespoke items are non returnable goods.
The product you return must be in perfect condition and be sent in the original, undamaged packaging. In the event that an item is returned using inadequate packaging or is received in a damaged condition you may not be eligible for a full refund. In ALL instances we will assess the condition of the item and/or packaging before making any refund.
Our cancellation policy is dependent upon the type of product you have ordered. See below for further details
Non Personalised: You may cancel your order at any time prior to receiving our despatch notice email. If you cancel your order after the goods have been despatched you still have the option of returning the goods for a full refund; please see Returns section above for further details.
Personalised, Bespoke & House Signs: Due to the nature of these items there is no cancellation period. Please therefore check to ensure that you have provided the correct information for your goods as we cannot be held liable for any mistakes that occur due to being given incorrect information at the time of placing the order.
Red Shed respects your privacy and is fully compliant with UK Data Protection laws regarding the storage and disclosure of any data and are committed to the prevention of unauthorised access. All information collected, stored and retained by Red Shed is for exclusive use by Red Shed and will not be passed onto any third party unless we have your permission or are required to do so by law.
We may occasionally email you with information relating to new product ranges, upcoming events or special offers.
